I am a BBQ disciple and Ross and Team were able to provide a bespoke outdoor cookery afternoon that ended in the crescendo of the evening meal. From our initial consultation Ross was brimming with enthusiasm which never flagged for the entire experience. The cookery journey he took us on was thoroughly enjoyable and quite original. Our friends were entertained for the afternoon and then heartily fed in the early evening.
