This is the ultimate roam cookery class experience with a seasonal twist in the heart of the Salisbury countryside! Learn everything about the amazing BBQ’s we work with, such as the Big Green Egg, Somerset Grill, OFYR and Alfa Forni!

We will teach you the basics of loading & lighting and help you to master the versatile cooking modes and enjoy a day of Christmassy indulgence. You will learn how to cook and pair some amazing British produce and get ready for the big day.
